-March 2018

Lecturer

Department of Applied mathematics, Okayama University of Science, Japan

Investigates a free boundary problem associated with the curvature dependent motion of several kinds, such as area preserving curvature flow.

April 2012-March 2013

Postdoctoral researcher

Department of Mathematics, Hokkaido University, Japan

Invited by Professor Yoshihiro Tonegawa.
Worked on a free boundary problem associated with the curvature dependent motion of planar curves collaborated with H. Matano (Tokyo University), C.H. Wu (Taiwan University) and J.S. Guo (Tamkang University).

April 2010-March 2012

Postdoctoral researcher

Graduate School of Advanced Mathematical Sciences, Meiji University, Japan

Invited by Professor Hirokazu Ninomiya.
Investigated problems of complex-valued nonlinear heat equation including viscous Constantin-Lax-Majda equation, arising from the study of viscous fluid mechanics.

August 2009-March 2010

Postdoctoral researcher

Department of Mathematics, National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan

Invited by Professor Jong-Shenq Guo.
Investigated a semilinear heat equation with spatially dependent coefficient, which has some zero point in the domain to construct a solution that blows up at the origin where there is no reaction.

April 2009-July 2009

Postdoctoral researcher

Department of Mathematics, National Taiwan University

Invited by Professor Jenn-Nan Wang.
Worked on nonlinear heat equation with spatially dependent coefficient, extended previous results to parabolic system or non-local equation.

April 2008-March 2009

Postdoctoral researcher

Department of Mathematics, National Taiwan Normal University

Invited by Professor Jong-Shenq Guo. Investigated a semilinear heat equation with spatially dependent coefficient, which has some zero point in the domain to find several criterion under which any zero point of non-negative potential is not a blow-up point.
